Brady († 1930) and his brother oversaw a vast business empire built by their father (mining, banking, energy etc.). "Inisfada", a 70,000 sq.ft Tudor Elizabethan mansion, was completed in 1920. Brady's widow gifted the Estate to the Society of Jesus in the 1930s. It was used as a Jesuit school, then a seminary and more recently a retreat house. Devlopers purchased it in 2013 for ~ $36 million. It is unclear whether the buyers plan to maintain the mansion and build around it or demolish it outright.
