The surgeon/medical researcher who is currently ranked as Los Angeles' richest person owns this oceanfront house on Malibu's exclusive Broad Beach. Some of his other properties (including another Malibu house he owns) are also featured on this site.
Soon-Shiong paid $17.5M for the property in 2005.
