Pine Manor College has sold 5.2 acres of property in Brookline for $4.5 million to a limited liability company with ties New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen.
Plans were recently approved for the couple to build a 14,000 sqft Richard Landry designed estate including a basement spa (with a sauna, massage bed, and rehab tub), playroom, home theater, gym, library, sun room, a room reserved for wine storage, a 1,675-square-foot cottage for the help; and a 1,342-square-foot yoga studio.
Richard Landry also designed their recently completed Brentwood Country Estates mansion.
