Flick († 2006) was a German-Austrian industrialist and billionaire. His father built an industrial empire that included stakes in Daimler-Benz and W.R. Grace. Flick sold it off in 1986 for $3 billion. At the time of his death Forbes ranked him as the 94th richest person in the world, worth an estimated $6.1 billion.
