The founder and CEO of OPI, a nail polish manufacturer, purchased this house for $14M in 2012. In 2010, he sold his company to cosmetics giant Coty in a deal worth approximately $1 billion.
In recent years, Schaeffer has become something of a Beverly Hills house collector. This is just one of at least six mansions he owns around the city.
