Lynch has been described as "Britain's Bill Gates". He's the billionaire co-founder of software company Autonomy which was sold to Hewlett-Packard in 2011 for $11 billion. The deal is currently under investigation by the U.K. Serious Fraud Office and the U.S. Department of Justice.
