The founder and CEO of OPI, a nail polish manufacturer, paid $11.5M for this Malibu beach house in 2010. That same year, he sold his company to cosmetics giant Coty in a deal worth approximately $1 billion.
This architectural home is named "The Wave Sculpture". Schaeffer also owns at least six Beverly Hills mansions.
