One of many residences maintained by Toronto Mayor, John Tory. This is his Lake Simcoe estate and boathouse known as Fairlawn and is situated between the Eastbourne Golf Course and Lake Simcoe. John Tory was elected Mayor of Toronto October 27, 2014. He was previously CEO of Rogers Cable and Rogers Media between 1995 and 2003 and prior to that managing partner at the law firm, Torys, founded by his grandfather. His other residences include one of Toronto's largest condominiums (a combined unit of 5,000+ sq ft including terraces) in the luxurious One Bedford Road building and a home in one of America's most exclusive gated communities, Lost Tree Village.
