The multi-billionaire tech entrepreneur (founder of SpaceX, co-founder of Tesla and PayPal) very quietly paid almost $3.7M for this Brentwood house in August 2014. This is reportedly where his estranged wife, actress Talulah Riley, is living after having moved out of the couple's mansion. The property is also rumored to be part of her upcoming divorce settlement.
