Industrialist and founder of Standard Oil, Henry Flagler, and local Japanese farmers George Morikami and Hideo Kobayashi reportedly owned this property, each separately, in the early 1900s.

The home that currently sits on the property was built in 1988, well after Flagler, Morikami, and Kobayashi owned the property.
