Teresa Machado is a Mexican business magnate whose fortune derives from her ownership of “Grupo Machado”, which has been one of Mexico’s largest sugar producers and distributors for over 50 years.
This is the large guest house on her property, which seems to be more of a separate mansion than just a guesthouse. It includes a rooftop tennis court, an infinity pool (which is both outdoor and indoor), a gym, golf greens, and a security room to monitor the estate remotely.
With more than 18,000 square feet of total interior space and approximately 8 acres of land, this is the largest estate in the small “Bella Vista” gated community adjacent to Beverly Park.
