He maintains a number of residences including an estate (cottage) on Lake Simcoe, a large condominium (5,000+ sq ft including terraces) in Toronto's exclusive Bloor-Yorkville / Annex neighborhood, a home in America's most exclusive gated golf community, Lost Tree Village in N Palm Beach, Florida and a Ski Chalet at a private Alpine ski resort,(Craigleith) in Collingwood, Ontario.
Just north of Toronto and situated between the Niagara Escarpment and Georgian Bay is the private Craigleith Ski Resort, one of the "Escarpment Four" exclusive private Ski resorts where membership initiation can run $60,000 with annual costs for a family up to @20,000. The Mayor's chalet is conveniently located at the base Craigleith which features 33 trails and six lifts.
