He reportedly stays in this home an average of about one time per year, preferring instead to rent a suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel across the street. He paid $7m for the house in 2007.
The property is at the intersection of three major roads: Sunset Blvd, Canon Drive, and Rodeo Drive. According to the link below, Trump also once owned the larger house next door, but sold it at a loss in 2009 to Indonesian heiress Margaretha Widjaja.
