Greiner paid $3.75M for this historic oceanfront home, built in 1881. There has been a battle with the city of Prides Crossing to allow Greiner to demolish portions of the home which were added in 1906. The Massachusetts Historical Commission argues that the home meets the criteria to be added to the National Register of Historic Places.
