(2018-03-12)Raphael Yacoby is the Israeli born entrepreneur behind the popular alcoholic beverage, Hpnotiq.
Yacoby owns this estate, Maison des Jardins, which he modelled after the Palace of Versailles and Château de Vaux le Vicomte in France. He originally listed the 8.4 acre property for $100M in 2016. The price has since dropped to $60M.
The main house includes 8 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, ballroom, 19th century marble fireplaces, and $2.5M of Baccarat chandeliers. The property is entered through 22 foot tall iron gates which lead to a 1/4 mile long driveway lined by pear trees.
