Caroline Mulroney's house, which she owns with her husband, Andrew Lapham is located in Toronto's exclusive Forest Hill neighborhood and was listed for sale for $5.3 million at the end of March 2017 but the listing was terminated and the house was not sold. As of February 2018 she and her family still live there (they also own a $2.7 million country home on Lake Simcoe in Georgina (see link at bottom of this page for that house and other houses posted by dynasty). Caroline's Forest Hill house when it was for sale was described as a fabulous 4,000 Sq Ft 5+1 Bedroom in Prime Forest Hill. It features new landscaping, a large sports court, outdoor kitchen, large family room addition, master bedroom addition, a gym, a Nanny's suite with en-suite. Close to Toronto's best schools and restaurants.

Caroline Mulroney is the daughter Canada's 18th Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney. Her brother, Ben Mulroney is a television personality on Canada's most watched morning show (see link at bottom of this page for Ben's house). Caroline Mulroney is a lawyer and has spent most of her career in financial services including a stint at the bankrupt Bear Stearns, she currently works at a small Toronto long only hedge-fund (BloombergSen) in marketing. She is a candidate for the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario in the York-Simcoe riding north of Toronto where her country home is located. Her husband, Andrew Lapham is the Chairman of Blackstone Canada, (Blackstone is the $400 billion private equity firm based in New York City). Blackstone through Caroline's father, Brian Mulroney (who sits on Blackstone's board), has dealings with Justin Trudeau's liberal government. Blackstone's American CEO, Steven Schwarzman was a guest at a Liberal retreat in Calgary in the summer of 2017. Andrew Lapham is an alumnus of Onex Corporation. In addition to his role at Blackstone Andrew is managing director at Northern Private Capital in Toronto. Both Caroline and Andrew are active in various charity and philanthropic activities.
