(2019-01-21)Mr. Ramsay joined Littlejohn in 1997 and became a partner in 2000. In January 2012, Mr. Ramsay was named President of Littlejohn and currently serves on the Private Equity Investment, Distressed Securities Risk Oversight, and Performing Credit Management committees. Mr. Ramsay has played a key role in the Firm’s investments in General Trailers, Diamond Innovations, Universal Lighting Technologies, Stolle Machinery Corp., Synventive Molding Solutions, PendaForm, Clean Earth, CoActive Technologies, Henniges Automotive, SunSource and Contech Engineered Solutions. He currently serves as a director on the boards of Hostway Corp., Northwest Hardwoods, HydroChemPSC, PlayPower, Strategic Materials, Inc. and Motion Recruitment Partners.
Prior to joining Littlejohn, Mr. Ramsay spent five years with GE Capital, where he worked in both the financial management and strategic planning areas, supporting several GE businesses. Mr. Ramsay received a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
