Oberwelland is a German billionaire. After his father's death in 2005, he became sole owner of candy company Storck, makers of Werther's Original, Riesen, and Toffifee. He is the fourth generation of his family to run the company.
Forbes currently ranks him as the 30th richest person in Germany, with a net worth of $2.5 billion.
