(2019-01-24)Mr. D. Greg Horrigan served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Silgan Holdings Inc. from March 1994 to March 2006 and as its President from March 1994 to August 2004. Mr. Horrigan served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Silgan Corporation since March 1994. He is one of Silgan Holdings Inc.'s founders. Prior to founding Silgan Holdings Inc. in 1987, Mr. Horrigan served as Executive Vice President and Operating Officer of Continental Can Company from 1984 to 1987. He has been Non Executive Co-Chairman at Silgan Holdings Inc. since March 2006. and also served as its Executive Co-Chairman from August 2004 to March 2006. Mr. Horrigan has been Chairman of the Board of Containers and a Director of Containers and Plastics since their inception in August 1987. Mr. Horrigan has been a Director of Silgan Holdings Inc. since its inception in 1987. From September 1989 to August 1993, he held various positions with Sweetheart Holdings Inc. and Sweetheart Cup Company, Inc., including Chairman of the Board and Director. Mr. Horrigan served as Director of Silgan Corporation.
