Paolo Catania is the owner and president of Construction Frank Catania & associés. He is known to have ties with the Rizzuto crime organization.
Mr. Catania was arrested by investigators last May and subsequently charged with fraud, conspiracy and breach of trust in connection with the $300-million construction contract with the City of Montreal known as the Faubourg Contrecoeur.
