Allen Questrom is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J.C. Penney Company, Macy’s, and Barneys New York. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Neiman Marcus Group, and director of Wal-Mart Stores. He's currently a director of Foot Locker.
