David Rockefeller, Sr. is a billionaire banker and the only surviving grandchild of oil tycoon John D. Rockefeller. He's regarded as the current patriarch of the Rockefeller family. "Hudson Pines", as this country house is called, was originally built in 1938 for David Rockefeller's only sister, Abby († 1976).
