Jeffrey L. Bleustein is the former Chairman and CEO of Harley-Davidson. In 2010, the Harvard Business Review called Bleustein one of "The 100 Best-Performing CEOs in the World", mentioning the $13 billion increase in the company's market capitalization during his tenure as CEO.
