There's a rumor going around that Abdul Aziz bin Fahd, the youngest son of the late King Fahd and an oft-declared "playboy," owns the crazy pyramid house on Hillcrest Road in Beverly Hills. The house hit the market in March 2010 asking $18.9 million and, according to Redfin, sold later that year for $17.5 million. It sits on .89 acres and had five bedrooms, ten bathrooms, an atrium, pool, and projection room when it sold, but word is that bin Fahd is giving it a total makeover: what will become of the pyramid?? In some documents leaked last year, it was also revealed that bin Fahd owns the Starz building in Burbank.
News reports state Abdul Aziz bin Fahd al Saud can be found in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami and, less often, Saudi Arabia. He leads a very extravagant lifestyle, traveling mostly for pleasure.
